Now clients or real estate agents don't have to fax or snail-mail a Scope of Inspection Agreement for the inspections BLUEsky™ inspectors provide.

Simply select the appropriate Scope of Inspection Agreement from the links below, based on the State the property is located and whether the inspection was performed and paid for by the buyer or seller. The links will take you to the appropriate online form that you can fill-in and submit to us electronically.

You will need information provided to you within the Inspection Report to fill in the form. Of course you can always fax or mail the agreement page located within the report if you prefer.

Remember that NO Errors & Omissions coverage is provided unless the agreement is signed by the clients and received by us within 10 days from the close of escrow.
