BLUEsky
Home Services
is the new
name adopted in 2009 as "DBA" for the
Nevada Home Inspection Group, Inc. (A
Nevada Corporation). NVHIG, Inc. is owned
by John Chavez and was established in
2000 to provide property inspection
services in the Northern Nevada and Lake
Tahoe Basin areas.
With the drastic
changes the real estate and construction
industries have seen in recent years, we
had to adjust to better compete in the
current market. The Name
BLUEsky
Home Services
provides us with
the opportunity to better market the new
products we provide.

About
John Chavez
The president, John Chavez has
serviced the construction and real
estate industries
through different venues since 1985, his
experience expands from architectural
hands-on designing and drafting,
concrete and framing to finishing work
on residential and commercial
construction.
He is a Certified General Inspector
of Structures by the state of Nevada and
has been a Licensed General Contractor in the
state of California, with construction
experience attained around 48 States in
the Country on both residential and
commercial construction.

In today’s changing real estate
market, our growth is the reward from
our clients as a result of our
professionalism, knowledge of the real
estate industry and our unwavering
effort to provide unbiased quality services to our clients.

Our point of view is that we would much

because we did not do our job with the
